Privacy policy
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Usługi Informatyczne Paweł Rychlicki, Polish tax ID (NIP): 8393053048, REGON: 221832258, based in Gdańsk and trading as Rychlicki Web. Contact: kontakt@rychlickiweb.com.
2. Data collected
I collect personal data through the contact form and the enquiry form in the quote builder on rychlickiweb.com. Both forms ask for your name and email address, with optional fields for your phone number and message. The contact form also lets you provide your company name, a description of your business, your website goals, details of any existing logo and content, inspiration links, your preferred timeframe and an indicative budget. When you submit a quote request, I also receive your selected answers about the website scope and additional services, together with the calculated estimate. The forms also include your consent to data processing so I can respond to your enquiry, and your selected language.
The automation enquiry form collects your full name, email address and workflow description, and optionally your company name and phone number. The enquiry also includes the service type: automation.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, provide the requested service.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
5. Retention period
Data submitted through the form is stored only in the controller's email inbox, without an additional database. It is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, provide the service, for no longer than 2 years after the last contact.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, restrict its processing and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please contact kontakt@rychlickiweb.com.
7. Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
The forms on this website are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Challenges), which distinguishes people from automated bots. The widget loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com and exchanges minimal browser signals, including event timing and environment characteristics, with Cloudflare's infrastructure for verification. Cloudflare processes technical verification data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The form cannot be submitted without successful verification.
8. Language preferences and saved estimates
When you use the PL / EN switch, I save your chosen language in the rw_language cookie for up to one year. When you visit the main domain, I use your saved choice, browser language settings and, as a fallback, the country of your connection supplied by Cloudflare. A direct link to a Polish or English page always keeps the language specified in that link.
Your quote builder answers are stored in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), so you can continue your estimate after switching languages. They are not sent to me until you submit the form. Language preferences and saved estimates are not used for advertising tracking.
9. Performance measurements and diagnostics
I use Cloudflare Web Analytics (RUM) to measure how quickly the website loads for visitors and detect performance problems. Measurements include pages visited, loading times, and browser and device types. The tool does not use analytics cookies, and I do not use it for advertising profiling. Cloudflare processes the measurement data. For diagnostics, I also store technical server invocation and error logs in Cloudflare; the application does not log form contents, and query strings are removed from logged URLs.
